Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give a minimum of a 48-hour notice. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). If you are a no call/no show of your scheduled appointment you will be subject to a fee of 100% of all schedules service(s). These fees will be taken from the card on file which is required when booking. The Parlour Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse services if multiple instances of no showing occur.
